Preston’s Path

Our Lady of Perpetual Help School

While at Jesuit, Preston was selected to be in the Ignatian Scholar program to serve the children of Our Lady of Perpetual Help School (“OLPH”) as a teachers assistant each week of his senior year. OLPH is located just west of Love Field in Dallas, TX. His child’s heart shined bright during his time there. The teachers, Nuns and children’s loved Preston and were a great support to our family over this difficult time. We want to continue our support of this school and keep Preston’s legacy and spirit alive for years to come.

The Project

Given Preston’s child’s heart, and assessing the needs of the school, the 2023 project includes several improvements to the playground area of the school. The planned improvements include adding “Preston’s Bench” under a tree overseeing the playground area, replacing an arbor located at the entry to the playground and improving the perimeter fencing. Preston’s Path will also include several landscaping improvements along the entry to the playground including stone, crushed granite and flower planters.
